Option #1:
Locating the number on your official certification card is the quickest and simplest option. It can be found on the front and back of the card.
On the front, locate ‘III CERTIFICATE NUMBER’ the 7-digit number will be displayed to the right.
On the back of the card, the same number is located in the upper right corner, under the black bar.
If you don’t have your card handy, the ICARA database can be used to retrieve this information. (This is the same website you used to apply for your certification card originally).
Go to https://iacra.faa.gov/IACRA/Default.aspx
Once you log in and accept the Terms of Service, your pilot dashboard will appear. From here, you can locate your certification number under ‘Airman Information’
Click here to open the form to register your new account. When you open the page, there are two account types to choose from, Client Registration and Pilot Registration.
A Client Registration account is for organizations that will be using DroneAdair to source drone pilots or manage existing pilots within their company.
The Pilot Registration account is for drone pilots who are looking to find work, grow their own client base, and automate their drone services business along the way.
Pilot Registration is the default option when signing up for a DroneAdair account. Simply click the Client Registration tab if you are an organization looking for pilots to hire or to manage your existing pilots.
If registering as a pilot, you will need to provide your official Part 107 Certification number, expiration date, and your company name.
Once the account is created, follow the additional account setup prompts, and you’re good to go!
The process for getting your Part 107 is relatively simple:
Prepare for the exam by using a free Part 107 Study Guide or sign up for an online course where you can study and take a Part 107 practice test. (We highly recommend Drone Launch Academy)
Once you feel that you’re ready, it’s time to register with the Federal Aviation Administration.
After you have registered, locate an FAA-approved testing center and sign up to take the exam
Once you pass the exam, complete your application with the FAA, and receive a temp certificate while waiting for the card to arrive
Getting your Part 107 exciting, and leaves many pilots in the next phase of wondering, “how do I get paying clients?”

As seasoned drone pilots ourselves, we are all too familiar with jobs being pushed to pilots that offer little pay and reward to the drone pilot.
With our platform, we put drone pilots first by helping you automate your business and sending you leads. One thing we want to emphasize is that we are NOT a drone pilot network.
Pilots who choose to take DroneAdair missions will receive 70-90% of the job, we only take a 10-30% commission for each mission. Traditional pilot networks take 70-80% of each job!
If you bring your own clients through DroneAdair, you will keep 95% of the job, we only take the processing fees for these missions.
Whether we send you leads or you find your own, DroneAdair leaves more money in your pocket so you can reap the rewards of your hard work.
